VIDEO: Jim Ross Speaks Out on Resentment Towards Rock

WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross appeared on the latest edition of Legends of the Ring, which airs on WWE Classics OnDemand, and spoke out on the reported resentment towards The Rock during his current feud with John Cena heading into WrestleMania 28. The following are some Ross quotes, and you can hear more in the video below:

"Young guys on the roster, or the Internet guys, or anybody else that says, "Well, how does it effect the current roster that The Rock's going to come back and have key spot and he's not on the road everyday?" I want to say, you people have got to be kidding me. You got to be kidding me. Do you understand what The Rock has done for this business? His family has done for this business? And he's coming back as a major movie star, to get back in the ring and be physical. You think The Rock's going through the motions?

He can't. It's not in his DNA. The Rock's DNA is "I'm coming back to put boots in asses. I will not be embarrassed. I will not call it in. I will not phone it in. I will kick some ass." The Rock has respect for this business, will have an amazing WrestleMania that we will be talking about for years to come because he is a stallion. And he loves this business."

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
