During Raw last night, WWE ran a promo video for the debut of Lord Tensai, who appears to be Matt Bloom, aka A-Train, as seen in the photo below. Bloom had previously denied rumors that he would be returning to the company, but as we have been reporting, he has been expected to return for awhile now.
