Hell in a Cell PPV Location & Pre-Sale

WWE announced last night during Raw that this year's Hell in a Cell PPV will emanate from The Philips Arena in Atlanta, GA, and will take place on October 28th. An internet pre-sale for the event began this morning, and the pre-sale code for tickets is ATLANTA.
