XPW threatens to sue MEXPW over what they consider “trademark infringement”.
We have been notified through legal council for Rick Mahr, Xtreme Television, Xtreme Entertainment and Big Vision Entertainment (collectively “XTV”), the parent company of XPW that they plan to file suit against our company MEXPW (MEX PW/Mexican Pro Wrestling) for trademark infringement if we do not stop using our name immediately.
We will keep you posted as the situation progresses.
For now we continue forward to “Cease and Resist” set for April 14th at the Arena in Los Angeles, CA.
