R-Truth is shown in the backstage area dressed up like Sherlock Holmes when Teddy Long walks up and Truth says he is working with Little Jimmy Watson. He tells Teddy that he has had a bad string of luck since Wrestlemania, but he knows he needs something to do so he will solve this crime. Truth walks away then Teddy shakes his head and says that is actually the best news he has heard in a few weeks. Elsewhere, Josh Mathews tries to interview Lord Tensai and Sakamoto cuts him off, but Tensai stops him and says you fear the unknown before finishing his comments in Japanese.

Brock Lesnar shown in a pretaped interview saying he is not a superstar, but he is an ass kicker and he has been dominant all his life. He says everyone laughed at him when he went to UFC but he proved everyone wrong, and he isn't there for the fans because he only cares about himself. Brock says John Cena is on top because he left, and Cena would be carrying him bags right now if he had stuck around. He says he took it to Cena last week, and Cena is worried about the piss running down his leg because last week was only a taste of what happens at Extreme Rules. Brock says he came back to kick someone's ass, and the only thing that makes him happy is beating people up.

Zack Ryder vs Kane

Kane attacks before the bell rings, and he throws Zack out of the ring into the announcer's table, then Kane goes out after him and throws him back into the table. Kane throws him into the apron before rolling him in the ring, then he hits a chokeslam and picks up a microphone. He says Randy Orton had a nice family reunion last week and he expected his dad to go down without a fight. Kane says he didn't think 'The Viper' would fall so easily, but he says you know the saying 'like father, like son'.
