TMZ is reporting that the domestic charges Scott Hall was facing for allegedly choking his girlfriend in April have been dropped.
Hall was arrested last month after his girlfriend told police he has been heavily intoxicated for days and tried choking her when she went to leave. The charges have been dropped which means Hall won't face any jail time. Halls lawyer told TMZ "Any charges that were filed against Scott were dismissed and/or rejected by the prosecutor due to insufficient evidence."
Hall's girlfriend is now saying he never got violent and they have a happy relationship.
