The live editions of Impact Wrestling will now end on August 23rd, a week later than originally planned. According to The Wrestling Observer, TNA got Spike TV to agree to one extra week so it would work better with their taping schedule. From what we are hearing, the plan all along was for Impact Wrestling to go live only during the summer and there's no word yet on the show going live permanently at any point.
King Mo is reportedly set to begin training in Louisville sometime next month, provided he recovers properly from knee surgery. The idea is to have him begin TV sometime in the fall and then scale him back this winter as he'll be competing in the Bellator light heavyweight tournament this coming January.
Brooke Adams, aka Miss Tessmacher, will be competing again in the Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant on June 23rd in Miami. She competed in the contest last year as well, but failed to make the top ten. She did, however, win the Viewers Choice Award. The pageant aired on Spike TV and her involvement was heavily promoted on Impact, so she certainly had an edge over other competitors when it came to an award based solely on public voting. Some are accrediting her recent boob job to her entry into this year's contest.
