WWE Releases Business Figures For May 2012; Details

The following are the WWE business figures for May, 2012, courtesy of The Wrestling Observer:

-The Wrestlemania 28 DVD shipped 175,000 units, up from 160,000 in May 2011.

-403,000 DVD units were shipped total for the month, up 49% from last year.

-WWE.com drew 12.5 million unique visitors, down 9% from 13.7 million last year.

-WWEShop.com averaged 645 orders per day, down 23% from last year.

-Average house show attendance in North America was down 3% from last year.
