The Rock says Bryan has no right to say who is the greatest, because that is up to the fans and he has something to say for their cheers. He does the "Finally…" bit, then Bryan cuts him off but Rock says he can't cut him off like that and they stare each other down. Bryan starts taking off his tux but Rock says he can't cut him off because he won his first title here. He says he's not there to talk to "Frodo," because he's there to talk about the WWE Championship. Rock says he just got word, and whoever the champion is will defend the title against him at the Royal Rumble.
Punk says that it's still going to be him, and he wishes it was tomorrow because he would love to beat him like he is going to beat John Cena. Rock says he will look Punk in the face and tell him this, and he will be the next WWE Champion at the Royal Rumble, but Bryan says NO! Bryan says this is supposed to be all about him, and Rock will fight him somehow, because he will be the new face of WWE. Rock says he looks like the product of a homeless person and an Oompa Loompa, then he says he's sorry about his wedding but he got him a gift anyway. Rock drops him with a Rock Bottom, then he says "If You Smell…" and walks in front of Punk as he heads up the ramp.
Bret Hart is announced as the special guest ring announcer, and he says he remembers how great it was when he beat Mr. Perfect to win his first Intercontinental Championship. He says it is also great to be there tonight, and he has the pleasure of first introducing the Intercontinental Champion, Christian. He gives his mystery opponent, a sarcastic and short introduction, then Miz comes out as Bret leaves the ring and the bell rings. (Cont'd…)
