For months there have been rumors on a big angle planned this summer for WWE. Reportedly they wanted something to grab attention like CM Punk's speech last summer or the Nexus angle of two years ago.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting CM Punk's turn on the 1,000th episode of Raw was the start of this summers big angle.
