Why WWE Isn’t Promoting Eve’s NBC Show, Final 8/10 WWE Smackdown Rating

WWE Diva Eve Torres is appearing in the new NBC reality show “Stars Earns Stripes,” which debuted last night at 8pm EST. Since the show is running head-to-head against Raw, WWE has not given it any promotion, nor has the company mentioned that Eve is part of the cast.

Final 8/10 WWE Smackdown Rating

This past Friday night’s edition of WWE Smackdown drew a final 1.89 cable rating and took in 2.73 million viewers. This is down from last week’s show, which drew a 1.91 rating and took in 2.78 million viewers.

Smackdown last week went up against atypical competition as NFL pre-season football was airing at the same time.

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
