ChristianConflicting Reports Concerning Christian's Status

Online reports surfaced recently suggesting that WWE was intentionally keeping Christian off TV until after Bound For Glory, as Christian is scheduled to make a final TNA appearance to induct Sting into the Hall of Fame.

According to PWInsider.com, those reports are incorrect, and Christian actually requested time off as there were no major story lines planned for him and he wanted additional time to rest his ankle stemming from an injury which took him out of action at the beginning of the year.

Kevin Nash Booked By All Japan Pro Wrestling

Kevin Nash has reportedly been booked by All Japan Pro Wrestling, as the following has been posted over at KeepingTheSpiritAlive.tumblr.com:

It has been announced that Kevin Nash will be coming in to compete for All Japan on September 23. Nash will be teaming with Keiji Mutoh as they take on Taiyo Kea & Seiya Sanada.

This is already being mentioned as a meeting of nWo (Nash) and nWo Japan (Mutoh).

The announcement for Nash coming in to compete came out of nowhere, but Keiji Mutoh has recently be the doing advertising for Nash’s films when they come to Japan, and Nash contact Mutoh and said he wants to fight in Japan. Mutoh wanted to make it happen as Nash has been a big name with pro wrestling, and the idea of Mutoh & Nash teaming is something that could carry a nostalgic/legend feel.
