Update: Bully Ray & Devon: Who Signed With TNA & Who Didn't

PWInsider.com is reporting Bully Ray has signed a new two year deal with TNA.

As of now, Devon does not have a new deal in place which surprises many backstage as he's one of the most liked and easiest to work with in the company.
