Punk says he thinks Cena may be watching right now and he asks if Bret has him watching his back tonight, and Bret says he wanted to talk to the fans first. Punk says he wants the respect he deserves, and he's been champion longer than Bret ever was, and he'll further prove himself by beating Cena on Sunday. He says Bret got a great reception tonight and that is what he deserves, because he is the WWE Champion and he should be praised around the worldwide. Punk says he's going to turn Cena into a broken, beaten shell of a man just like Bret is, then he drops the mic and leaves the ring to an 'asshole' chant.
R-Truth & Kofi Kingston vs The Miz & Antonio Cesaro
Kofi puts Miz in a side headlock and hits the ropes, then Miz tries to slam him on the mat but Kofi monkey flips him and tags out to Truth. They hit a double team hiptoss then clear the ring, and Cesaro ends up on the floor next to Miz then Kofi dives onto both of them as we go to a break. Cesaro has Truth in a headlock when we return, then he uppercuts Truth and tags Miz, who kicks him in the head and gets a near fall. Miz punches him and hits a running clothesline, then he goes up top and hits an axehandle smash and follows with a rear chinlock.
Truth makes it to his feet and comes back with a dropkick, then he tags out and Kofi springs in and hits some dropkicks and a diving clothesline. Kofi hits a Boom Drop and calls for Trouble In Paradise on Cesaro, then Aksana interferes and Miz tries to hit him but Kofi kicks him off the apron. Cesaro tries to whip him in the corner but Kofi counters with a crossbody, then Miz interferes but Truth knocks him out of the ring and Cesaro attacks Truth. Cesaro tries to steal it with a rollup but Kofi kicks out, then he gets up and surprises Cesaro with Trouble In Paradise for the win.
