New NXT Announcer

According to WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross, WWE has brought in sportscaster Tony Luftman as a new announcer for tonight's NXT tapings. Luftman has worked for WWE recently, doing voice-overs for their "Saturday Morning Slam" show.

No word yet on whether they have plans to move him up to the main roster, but with Booker T acting as Smackdown general manager and Jerry "the King" Lawler's return still uncertain, it does seem a likely possibility.

John Cena Arrives at NXT

According to PWTorch, recently injured WWE Superstar John Cena arrived "under his own power" at tonight's NXT taping from Full Sail University. The report claims that Cena did not need his own driver, after having just finished surgery on his elbow.
