Who Was El Local That Debuted at SD! Tapings?

A masked wrestler by the name of "El Local" made his "debut" at last night's WWE Smackdown taping, as he taped a match against Sin Cara for this week's edition of Saturday Morning Slam. The wrestler was actually Ricardo Rodriguez wearing a mask, as WWE is interested in having Rodriguez wrestle more.
