Jerry Lawler appeared on WREG-TV in Memphis yesterday, and announced that he has plans to return to WWE at the Smackdown tapings on October 16th in Memphis, Tennessee.

According to F4WOnline.com, WWE and Kelly Kelly parting way was mutual. Kelly requested a leave of absence from the company back in May, which WWE granted, and when she returned to TV, officials were hopeful that she would sign a new long term deal with the company. Kelly told management, however, that she had no intentions of returning on a full-time basis, and wanted to pursue other projects outside of WWE.
With Kelly maintaining her position on a full-time WWE return this week, WWE decided to part ways with the former Divas Champion. |
