Despite heavy rumors that he could be, Ric Flair wasn't backstage at Raw last night according to F4Wonline.com.
Reportedly it was talked about, Flair was in Charlotte at home, but WWE decided against brining Flair in because of the pending TNA lawsuit.
The fact Flair had pulled out of upcoming independent bookings added much fuel to the fire of a Flair return to WWE in his hometown.
