Update: Cody Rhodes Replacement Named for WWE Survivor Series

The official Twitter account of the WWE has updated the Survivor Series situation with injured Superstar Cody Rhodes. He has been removed from Team Ziggler tonight as a result of several minor injuries, and has been replaced with David Otunga.
