11/29 TNA Impact Wrestling Results – Title on the Line, Morgan Returns to the Ring & More

Backstage, Hogan tells Zema Ion to stop kissing his ass and sit down. Kid Kash says that he's fought Bob Van Dam all around the world, and he knows the guy. Austin Aries says he can stir up the action in the ring tonight. Hogan says the only person who hates Austin Aries  more than him is RVD, and he makes the match for later tonight.

4. Matt Morgan vs. Doug Williams

Morgan takes down Williams from the start by throwing him across the ring. He gets a big splash in the corner and follows up by choking him with his boot. Walking side slam connects as the crowd tries to get Williams into the match, with very little effect. Morgan runs into a boot in the corner – twice – but Williams comes off the top rope right into a big chokeslam. Carbon Footprint connects.

Winner: Matt Morgan

After a commercial break, Borash introduces Wes Briscoe to face his Gut Check fate. Bruce Prichard cuts the most awkward promo all year, and introduces D-Lo to replace Al Snow. Because, in case you didn't hear earlier, Al Snow is "missing". Prichard says Briscoe's match wasn't great, but says "yes" anyways. Tazz says "no", even though he talked the guy up earlier. Alright. Wes Briscoe gets a chance to save himself, and proves me wrong by cutting the new, undisputed most awkward promo of the year. He says he's not doing it for him, but for his family, and for his "fans", and for his uncle Jack. D-Lo says he's a bit conflicted, and wonders if Briscoe is ready to be on the roster. He says "yes" anyways, and Kurt Angle and Garrett Bischoff come out to celebrate.

Bully Ray confronts Hogan backstage and questions if he's confusing business with personal. Hogan asks him the same exact question. The word is "pleasure", gentlemen.
