John CenaSteiner vs TNA Court Hearing Canceled

According to PWInsider.com, the court hearing scheduled for 11/29 between Scott Steiner and TNA was canceled by TNA due to evidence brought forth by Steiner's attorneys that would be damaging to TNA's case.

TNA is arguing that the case should be dismissed since there was a clause in Steiner's TNA contract which told him to alert TNA 30 days in advance of any possible contract breaches, however, Steiner's attorneys are arguing that does not apply in this case as the contract ran from January 2011 to April 2011.
