The Great Khali (w/ Natalya) vs David Otunga

Khali chops Otunga and punches him in the face, then he sends him into the corner and chops him before going for a big boot. Otunga ducks it and attacks Khali's left leg, then he stomps him in the corner before twisting his knee around the bottom rope. Otunga hits him a few more times but Khali catches him with an elbow, then he kicks him in the face and connects with a Brain Chop for the win.

Winner – The Great Khali

Ric Flair makes his WWE return to present the Superstar of the Year award, and he says he loves Philadelphia because this is as good of a crowd as he could ask for. John Cena is announced as the winner, then the fans boo him as he comes out and shakes Flair's hand and accepts the award. Cena says Flair was right about the crowd being lively, then he says winning this award means he needs to work harder than anyone else. He says out of loyalty he thinks this award should go to Flair, then he hands Flair the award and heads backstage while Flair speaks.

CM Punk and Paul Heyman cut him right off, and Punk takes the Slammy from him and says this is stupid because this award doesn't belong to Flair. Punk says this is the worst year of Cena's life, and he lost to The Rock and Dolph Ziggler, not to mention he lost his Money In The Bank. He calls Cena a loser, then he says he never wanted to be Flair because he wanted to be himself, and he should win this award because he's still champion. Flair tells him it's time to leave, and he says he's been watching but Punk says he could still kick Flair's ass with one good leg. Flair says his baggage is two Hall of Fame rings and four ex wives, and he says he beat Punk to it so they should settle things now and he heads to the ring. (Cont'd…)
