Christopher Daniels recently sat down with Kayfabe Kickout for an extensive interview. Daniels talked about many subjects, including what his long term goals are in Professional Wrestling.
What he wants to accomplish in wrestling:
"Well I'm just gonna have fun until I stop having fun, if it ever became more work than it was fun I said to myself I was gonna get out. If I can't wrestle at the same level, or at the top level that I want to wrestle I'm gonna get out. I feel like I'm wrestling the best matches of my career, I'm in the best shape of my life. I can wrestle 25 or 30 minute matches if I have to, so at this point in my career I'm nowhere close to hanging up the boots."
On his epic encounter with Samoa Joe and AJ Styles in 2005:
I've been fortunate to work with a lot of great wrestlers. That was such a special crowd that night, they were so psyched to see three guys that were TNA originals wrestle in the main event, in a style that they can appreciate in the X-Division and all the stars were aligned that night for that particular match."
