WWE Files New Lawsuit Over PPV Broadcasting Rights

Mike Killam

On January 25th, the WWE filed a new lawsuit with the New Haven office of the Connecticut District Court in Farfield county. WWE is taking Solar Entertainment Corp. to court over money they apparently owe the company, due to the broadcasting rights of their television and PPV product.

The official court order lists the cause as a "28:1332", which according to the legal indexes at Cornell University,  refer to a "controversy of earnings" with parties across multiple states.

Very little is known about the lawsuit at this time, but we will have more information as it becomes available.
