3/4 WWE Monday Night Raw Results – WWE Goes “Old School”, the Undertaker Returns & More!

The Rock makes his way down to the ring, as the WWE Universe explodes at the sound of his entrance theme. The Rock says he just came in from Central America, where it's 95 degrees every single day. The crowd boos this, as apparently it's kind of cold outside here. The Rock tells a story about an airport attendant, whose name didn't matter. There were icicles hanging off the People's Nipples. He puts over Buffalo, but is cut off by John Cena, who gets a pretty mixed reaction from the live crowd.

John Cena says he had to interrupt, because he's been waiting for this moment an entire year, but can't possibly understand why. He puts over the Rock's various accomplishments in wrestling and Hollywood, but says Dwayne can't possibly understand telling the people he was going to do something, and then failing to follow through. Cena says that his loss made him feel worthless – the WWE Universe cheers him up with a "Cena Sucks" chant. He says he wants to give the Rock a 34-day heads up, because he's not going to throw this chance at the WWE Championship away.

The Rock tells John Cena that he understands completely, and salutes Cena's ability, heart, respect, energy, etc. He says that Cena has more than anybody in the WWE locker room, but the Rock has so much more. And that's why at WrestleMania John Cena isn't coming for redemption, he's coming to get his ass handed to him. John quotes Mike Tyson and says he's gotta beat everyone living to become the best alive, and that Rock's time is up, because his time is now. The Rock says his "time" is just getting started, and quotes a famous athlete of his own, Lance Armstrong. He calls Lance Armstrong "full of crap" just like John Cena.

Jack Swagger awaits his opponent as they run video of the Undertaker's "return" earlier tonight.

(4) Jack Swagger vs. Hacksaw Jim Duggan

Slaughter was accompanied to the ring by Sgt. Slaughter and the "American Dream" Dusty Rhodes. Swagger grabs Duggan's 2×4 and destroys the three legends – the match doesn't actually happen. He steps on Duggan's ankle and points to the WrestleMania sign. Swagger locks in the Patriot Lock as Michael Cole freaks out from the commentary booth. Jack stares down the Mania sign, and eventually leaves with Zeb Coulter to end the segment.
