5/6 WWE Monday Night Raw Results – The Shield in Action, Y2J Makes a Surprise Return & More

Kaitlyn is backstage, and the Funkadactyls are making fun of her for the secret admirer/stalker thing. Natalya says she's going to get Khali to go "under cover" in the locker room to find out who it is.

The Shield vs. The Usos & Kofi Kingston

Jimmy Uso starts things off against Dean Ambrose working him. Ambrose gets a blind tag to Rollins, who comes off the top rope but gets wasted by a dropkick from Jey Uso, who also gets a tag. In comes big Roman Reigns, who mandhandles Uso and makes a quick tag to Seth Rollins. Ambrose and Rollins with back-to-back dropkicks. Members of the Shield continue with alternating quick tags, as Kofi Kingston has yet to get into this match.

Out of nowhere, Uso connects with a huge Samoan Drop on Seth Rollins. Kofi Kingston gets a hot tag, as well as Dean Ambrose. Kingston kicks Reigns off the apron and drops Ambrose with a dropkick. The Boom Drop connects, but Kofi misses a splash in the corner. He catches Rollins with a overhead kick, sending him off the apron. Things break down as the Usos brawl to the corner with Roman Reigns. Kingston heads up to the top rope, but Rollins tosses him off while the referee is distracted. Ambrose with a front-facing headlock driver for the win.

Winners: The Shield

Antonio Cesaro vs. Zack Ryder

Ryder gets dominated early, as Cesaro takes him down and stomps on him with both feet. After several moments of rights and lefts, Ryder fights back with a dropkick, but comes out of the corner and gets caught with a massive uppercut. Cesaro connects with the Neutralizer for the win.

Winner: Antonio Cesaro

After the match, Cesaro gets on the mic and says he has something important to talk about. He says that if Zack Ryder was the best WWE has to offer, that is an absolute disgrace. Cesaro says there is nobody in NXT, Superstar, Saturday Morning Slam, Smackdown, Main Event or Monday Night Raw that can hold a candle to him.
