Big E Langston will face either Alberto del Rio or Jack Swagger tonight, depending on who the fans vote for.
(3) Kofi Kingston vs. Damien Sandow
Kingston tries to put away the match early with a roll-up, but Sandow kicks out and goes to work with quick right hands, followed by the Elbow of Disdain. Kofi fights back, takes out Sandow with several flying clotheslines, and connects with the Boom Drop. He attempts Trouble in Paradise, but Damien rolls under it and hits him with a swinging neckbreaker for a two-count. Trouble in Paradise connects out of nowhere – 1…2…3.
Winner: Kofi Kingston
Kingston will defend the title against Dean Ambrose this Sunday on pay-per-view.
Mark Henry is in the ring now, as they show clips of JBL and Eddie Guerrero in a strap match from Great American Bash years ago. Henry says he is going to show everyone how the strap match is going to work, and forces Josh Matthews to strap himself on to one end. He then explains the rules, walking around the ring and touching the ringposts, dragging Matthews behind him.
Out comes Sheamus, with a microphone. He tells Henry he might be the strongest man in the world, but he's definitely not the brightest. Mark tells him to stop talking, and start walking because he's in the ring waiting. Sheamus runs to the ring and reveals that he has a strap waiting under the ring already. The two go at it, slapping each other with the leather, and Henry retreats in pain, running up the entrance ramp.
