The ref asks Alberto if he wants to quit but Alberto screams 'NO', then Swagger goes to swing at him but Alberto traps him in the Cross Armbreaker and tries to earn a submission. Swagger says he won't quit and throws him outisde, then he gets a chair but Alberto hits an enziguiri and kicks it into his face. Swagger goes for a running big boot but Alberto ducks and hits a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker, then he connects with a superkick and several kendo stick shots to the kidneys. Swagger once again says he won't quit so Alberto hits a Backstabber, then he calls for the Cross Armbreaker but Swagger blocks it and sends him to the mat after a spinning powerslam. Swagger follows with a Swagger Bomb and a gutwrench powerbomb, but Alberto won't quit so Swagger pulls him up and hits up another gutwrench powerbomb.

Alberto once again says he won't quit and surprises Swagger with a Cross Armbreaker, but Swagger reverses into the Patriot Lock and tries to get him to quit. Swagger grapevines the hold so Alberto can't move, then Ricardo threatens to throw the towel and Alberto pleads with him not to do it. Ricardo holds it but Zeb walks over to him while the ref checks on Alberto, and Zeb throws the towel in and acts like Ricardo did it. The ref sees this and awards the match to Swagger, but a second ref comes out and says Ricardo didn't do that. The referee asks for a replay and tells Swagger not to go anywhere, then he confirms the replay and says the match will restart if Alberto can continue. The ref asks if he can continue so Alberto says yes, then Swagger goes after him in the corner but Alberto puts him in the Cross Armbreaker. Swagger tries to shift his weight and break the hold, but Alberto keeps his grip locked and Swagger finally says he quits.

Winner – Alberto Del Rio
