Big Update: Jack Swagger Found Guilty of DUI, Will He Have to Serve Any Jail Time?

Jack SwaggerAs we reported earlier, Jack Swagger appeared in court today to face DUI charges stemming from an arrest back in February, and according to SunHerald.com, a Gulfport, Mississippi judge found him guilty.

Swagger was sentenced to 6 months probation, a $500 fine, and he will have to pay for all court costs related to the case.

The marijuana possession charge was thrown out by the judge.
