TJ Perkins is approached by Bully Ray in the locker room, and Bully tells him to calm down because he just wants to talk to him. Bully wants to know if Sting and Kurt Angle put him up to this, but TJ says he worked very hard for his opportunity and it is very real. TJ says he had something taken from him, but Bully says there's alot going on with the Main Event Mafia so he can understand his questions. TJ says he doesn't know who attacked him, then he goes to leave before Bully grabs his arm and holds him before saying now he can leave.

Velvet Sky vs Mickie James (c)
Mickie comes out and says titles can change people, and it might bring out a competitive side, but it hasn't changed her. Mickie says she will give Velvet one more chance to walk away so she doesn't get hurt, then she calls Velvet a stubborn mule and Velvet tackles her to the mat. The bell rings and Velvet strikes her a few times in the corner, then Mickie chokes her with her boot but Velvet comes back with a side Russian legsweep for two. Mickie rolls outside and regains her composure, then Velvet tries to bring her back in but Mickie snaps her leg on the apron. Mickie gets back in and twist Velvet's knee around, then she hyperextends it over her shoulder but Velvet breaks her grip with a punch to the head. Velvet tries to go on offense but Mickie tackles her in the corner and punches her, then she has a few words with ODB before Velvet kicks her in the face.
Mickie goes back to attacking Velvet's knee, but Velvet elbows her and whips her into the ropes, then kicks her before hitting a bulldog for two. Velvet picks her up and chops and kicks her, then she sends her into the ropes but Mickie ducks outside so Velvet follows. Mickie tries to catch a breather but Velvet takes her out with a spinning headscissors, then she hits some mounted punches before they get back inside. Mickie kicks Velvet's injured knee and gets a near fall, then she sets up a DDT but Velvet kicks her in the head and hits a neckbreaker for two. Velvet kicks her and sets up In Yo Face, but Mickie shoves her back and kicks her knee before putting her in a cross-legged and making her tap.
