Former WWE and TNA Superstar Matt Morgan has reportedly been released from his contract with Impact Wrestling. Morgan joined the company in 2007 after an off-and-on relationship with WWE between 2003 and 2005.
According to several sources, the former tag team champion has been asking for his release for quite some time, as he hasn't been used consistently in several years, and lost his one big match in 2013 to Sting earlier this year, with a shot at Bully Ray's world championship on the line.
