Ryback Ends Losing Streak at WWE Money in the Bank PPV

RybackRyback has broken a one year long pay-per-view losing streak with his victory tonight at Money in the Bank, over Chris Jericho. The last time "Big Hungry" won a match on pay-per-view was Money in the Bank on July 15, 2012. His opponents at the time were Curt Hawkins and former WWE Superstar, Tyler Reks.

Over the past year, although he was clearly dominant on both Monday Night Raw and WWE Smackdown, Ryback fell short on eight separate occasions. Four of those were WWE Championship matches against either John Cena, CM Punk, or both. He also lost to Mark Henry at WrestleMania XXIX this year, came short of winning the 2013 Royal Rumble match, and was defeated as a team at TLC 2012, falling to The Shield in a 6-man tag team TLC match alongside Kane and Daniel Bryan.
