Booker T comes back and thanks Teddy Long for helping him out, but he's back to work and asks if they can dig that. Vince McMahon cuts him off and meets them in the ring, and he asks for a round of applause for Booker and Teddy, but he came to clear things up. He says there's only one person in charge of Smackdown so he needs to make a decision, and he wants to know how Teddy would impress them tonight. Teddy says Curtis Axel would face Chris Jericho for the Intercontinental Championship, and Booker says he would have Alberto Del Rio go one-on-one with Money In The Bank winner Randy Orton.

Vince says this is a tough decision, then Brad Maddox comes out and says he is in charge of RAW, but he thinks he should also be the general manager of Smackdown. Maddox says he was already going to announce the two matches Booker and Teddy mentioned, and he also announces the Smackdown return of Rob Van Dam. Vince says it's time for a decision and the new GM is Vickie Guerrero, then Vickie comes to the ring and hugs Vince while a shocked Booker and Teddy look on. Vickie thanks Vince for the opportunity, and she says the fans are why she lost her job on RAW, and she hates them for it. Vickie says she is back and has power, and no one in this ring can stop her, and the fans can't either because she is the permanent general manager of Smackdown!

Jack Swagger (w/ Zeb Colter & Antonio Cesaro) vs Dolph Ziggler

Dolph goes right for a rollup before taunting Swagger, then he goes to tie up but Swagger punches him in the face, then he dodges a kneelift and rolls outside. Swagger regroups with the Militia on the floor, then he charges Dolph in the corner and slams him on the mat before dropping him with a shoulder block. Swagger hits the ropes and runs into a dropkick, then he goes back outside but Dolph follows him and punches him in the head a few times. Dolph rolls Swagger in and Cesaro grabs him behind the ref's back, and he uppercuts him but the ref turns and kicks them out when he sees Dolph on the ground. Swagger rolls him in and Dolph tries to steal it with a rollup, then Swagger puts him in the Patriot Lock but Dolph kicks him back and hits a Zig Zag for the win.
