Punk says Heyman made the wrong decision, and he'll make sure he makes Heyman miserable because he is relentless, so he won't stop until Brock runs away. He says this is his ring and he proves it over and over, and they are damn sure he is going to prove it to both Brock and Heyman. Punk says there won't be another time and he will get Heyman, and he won't pretend Brock isn't a monster, but monsters are here so he can slay the beast. Punk says he won't get what he wants right now, but he wants Brock one-on-one at Summerslam, and he is calling this one 'the best versus the beast.'
Heyman appears on the Titantron and says that has a nice ring to it, and Punk says the 'live via satellite' graphic had better be true because he'll come find Heyman and kick his ass if he's there. Heyman mocks the state of Texas and asks if this is what Punk has been reduced to, then he asks if Punk is a coward, or a fool too stupid to stay down. Punk says he's going to give him the answer at Summerslam, then Heyman laughs to himself and Punk says he'll come kick his ass. Heyman says they were the reigning WWE Champion because of Punk's ability, but also because of him, and Brock is in peak shape now, but Punk is broken. Heyman says he will get a fight if he wants it, and Punk's challenge for Summerslam is accepted, but he needs to change the tagline, because Brock is the best, and the beast.
Wade Barrett vs Rob Van Dam
Wade attacks RVD at the bell but RVD throws him outside, then Wade pulls him out to the floor and slams him into the side of the ring. Wade rolls him in and throws him on the turnbuckles, then he connects with a few kidney punches before choking him on the middle rope. He knees RVD in the face and kicks him onto the apron, then he pulls him back in and gets a near fall before putting him in a side headlock. RVD fights back with some elbows, then he hits a springboard side kick and Rolling Thunder for a two count. RVD heads up top and hits a somersault takedown, then he slams Wade in the corner and goes for a back handspring tackle. Wade avoids it but RVD comes back with a springboard thrust kick, then he heads up top and hits a Five Star Frog Splash for the win.
