Ring of Honor COO Joe Koff is featured in a new video, banning former World Champion Jay Briscoe from future ROH live events until he is medically cleared to be there. Obviously Briscoe doesn't have any real heat with Ring of Honor management, and this is part of an ongoing angle. Jay was taken out of action earlier this summer with a storyline injury following an attack from S.C.U.M., after his contract with the company expired.
