Phenix Salon Products Signs Celebrity Spokesperson, Model and Entertainer, Torrie Wilson
Phenix Salon Products is pleased to announce a new endorsement deal with former WWE Wrestling Diva, fitness model and spokesperson, Torrie Wilson. Phenix Salon Suites is the fastest growing "Salon Suite” company in the beauty industry, with over 1500 Salon Professionals nationwide. The company works in 43 existing locations now, with an additional 65 locations that are planned to open in 2014. The founders of Phenix Salon Suites, Jason and Gina Rivera, are releasing their new Phenix Salon products in early 2014.
According to the CEO of Phenix Salon Products, Jason Rivera, Wilson's background in modeling, fitness and the entertainment industry provides the perfect blend for promoting the company's product line and culture. Wilson, who began her career as a Miss Galaxy winner and model, went on to become one of the most well-known wrestling divas in the history of the WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment). For nine years, Wilson appeared regularly on shows such as Smackdown, Monday Night Raw and Wrestlemania. Her name and image have graced thousands of posters, shirts and promotional items created by the WWE.
Wilson has also appeared on multiple magazine covers including Maxim, FHM, Raw, Muscle & Fitness, Curves, Ironman, Divas, Pump and Muscle Planet. In 2007 Wilson was listed on FHM's “100 Sexiest Women in the World” list.
"I am so excited to be teaming up with Phenix! As the ultimate beauty junkie, joining forces with a company who represents the hair and beauty industry with such class and cutting-edge sophistication is quite an honor,” said Wilson. “I am also honored to be representing this fantastic new line of products that is going to blow people away!"
Wilson was featured in music videos including Timbaland's video, "Throw It On Me," and Lilian Garcia's music video, "U Drive Me Loca." Beyond the WWE, she appeared on Project Runway, and in the NBC reality show, I'm a Celebrity…Get Me out of Here!, where she won second place.
"We are honored to have Torrie Wilson as part of the Phenix Family! Torrie embodies the Phenix Culture and what our company is about,” said Rivera. “Her enthusiasm for beauty and style parallels the strong family tradition of the Phenix brand that has spanned over 84 years.”
“We are excited to release our signature product, “Ash by Phenix,” in the next few months, and Torrie will be a great spokesperson for this product!”
Phenix Salon Products was founded by a family with more than two dozen hair stylists in the immediate family tree. Since 1929, Phenix has created salons that are home for thousands of salon professionals across the country.
On every Phenix Salon Product, there is a small ribbon with the caption "Love You Mom." A portion of the proceeds from each product sold goes to cancer research in honor of the mother of co-founder Gina Rivera, who passed away of pancreatic cancer.
The much anticipated release of “Ash by Phenix is scheduled for January, 2014. The Vintage Volume Lifter is a specifically formulated, dry volume lifter that is pumped into the hair shaft by an atomizer for complete distribution. The scientific formula creates a tremendous amount of volume in the hair. This product has been years in the making and will be the first of its kind in the United States. “We have tested Ash by Phenix in some of our salons across the US and the buzz and excitement is out. We have customers who can't wait for this product, which is currently in production,” said Rivera.
Phenix Salon Products has set up a temporary site at Shoplocket to take pre-orders of “Ash by Phenix.” For more information, please visit https://www.shoplocket.com/products/AevBH-phenix-salon-products
