WWE Monday Night Raw Results (10/7): Big Show Fired, Hall of Famers Return, Cody Rhodes & Goldust in the Main Event & More

[…Cont.]

Sandow is still in control as we come back from the break, with a side headlock on Dolph. As King realizes, he is showing no signs of that "injury" suffered in the pre-show at Battleground. Ziggler builds some momentum and breaks the hold, but gets dumped outside again. Damien throws Ziggler off the steps and into the ring post before they roll back into the ring and go back into a rest hold. Dolph gets an opening for the first time when he moves out of the corner and sends Sandow into the ring post, following up with a flurry of right hands. Mounted punches in the corner as the crowd chants along with them. Ziggler with a standing dropkick for a two-count. He heads up to the top rope, and Sandow hits the ropes forcing Dolph to land hard on the turnbuckle. Ziggler rolls through a pin attempt and nails him with a Fameasser for the 1-2-3.

Winner: Dolph Ziggler

Backstage Stephanie McMahon is ridiculing Brad Maddox for all his mistakes at Battleground last night. She tells him he's lucky he's not fired like Big Show, and tells him to go out to the ring and publicly apologize.

During the commercial break, they brought out WWE Hall of Famer Bruno Sammartino to sing happy birthday.

NATALYA, EVA MARIE & JOJO VS. AKSANA, ALICIA FOX & ROSA MENDES

Eva gets picked apart by Aksana, then by Rosa Mendes who I didn't recognize because she's bleached blonde now for some reason. Alicia Fox is the last of the "heels" to get involved, but Eva rolls out of the way and tags in Natalya who cleans house with clotheslines. She locks in the Sharpshooter and Alicia taps out.

Winners: Total Divas
