While WWE was absent from the first week of the new Nielson Twitter TV Rankings, the October 7th edition of Monday Night Raw took the eight place spot on the latest list. Raw surpassed Keeping up with the Kardashians and the results episode of The Voice in social media presence, with 52,600 people tweeting 176,800 times throughout the night. Raw had a unique audience of 1,391,600 last Monday, meaning over a million people saw tweets about the show.
For perspective, The Walking Dead was the #1 show in social media last week – excluding sports – and had a unique audience of 7,491,200. This new data also revealed that wrestling fans tweet at a ratio of 3.36 tweets per person, almost three times more than followers of Jimmy Kimmel Live and Dancing with the Stars.
