Both Big E. Langston and United States Champion Dean Ambrose were given stitches after the title match on tonight's WWE Hell in a Cell pay-per-view. Langston was busted open the hard way during the match, and had a visible cut under his right eye. Apparently, Ambrose was injured as well.
WWE.com released the following:
United States Champion Dean Ambrose left WWE Hell in a Cell Sunday night with the title in his possession after being counted out against challenger Big E Langston. However, neither Superstar would leave “Hell” unscathed.
During their extremely physical battle, the enormous Langston looked to level Ambrose with a monstrous clothesline, resulting in a devastating head-to-head collision. The effects of the encounter quickly became evident during the bout, and after the match the challenger required 7 stitches underneath his right eye, while Ambrose received 8 stitches under his chin.
