Thanks to John Finnegan for sending this in:

In an interesting Dolph Ziggler statistic, according to NorthAmericanWrestlingRankings.blogspot.com, which started keeping track of wrestlers’ records and ranking them as of Nov. 2006, when Dolph Ziggler defeated Curtis Axel on the 11/4/13 episode of Raw it was his 100th televised singles victory. That makes him the first wrestler to reach triple digits in both wins and losses.

Ziggler is the first [and so far only] wrestler to lose 100 TV matches and the 12th man to win 100 [behind only C.M. Punk, John Cena, Randy Orton, Sheamus, Kane, Jeff Hardy, Kofi Kingston, Big Show, Mark Henry, Alberto Del Rio, and the Miz]. [NOTE: these records count t.v. and ppv singles matches since Nov. 2006 ONLY].

JBL's Raw Joke Gets Mainstream Attention

TheStar.com has picked up on the joke made by JBL on Raw last night regarding the current Toronto Mayor Rob Ford scandal, and the site has posted the following:

Former wrestler John Layfield and host of WWE’s Raw couldn’t hold back his remarks Monday night during the segment’s filming in Calgary.

Layfield pokes fun, saying, “Up here in Canada, I flew through Toronto and had a party with their mayor, Rob Ford.”

“No he didn’t,” WWE Hall-of-Famer Jerry Lawler responds.

“Actually, no I didn’t. I’d be indicted by now,” Layfield adds jokingly.
