(1) The New Age Outlaws def. Cody Rhodes & Goldust in a non-title match to kick off Smackdown. Vickie Guerrero interrupted the match near the end and said that it would be every man for himself in the Royal Rumble match. Brother vs. Brother, and friend vs. friend. So it would appear that, in addition to the tag champions being in the Rumble, the Outlaws will also participate. Billy Gunn rolled up Cody with a handful of tights for the win.
-CM Punk calls out The Shield
-Paul Heyman comes out and cuts a promo about Brock Lesnar beating Big Show at the Rumble PPV. Show cuts him out and chases Heyman out of the ring. Show says he was a Paul Heyman Guy before being a Heyman Guy was "cool", and promises to knock out Lesnar in a few weeks.
(2) Rey Mysterio def. Alberto del Rio to get his win back from Monday Night Raw. Del Rio locks in the Cross Arm Breaker in a post-match attack.
