WWE NXT Arrival Tonight, Jake Roberts’ Post-Surgery Interview w/ Bill Apter

wwe nxt arrivalNXT Arrival Tonight

WWE's 'NXT Arrival' will air tonight, live on the new WWE Network, and as we've mentioned several times in the past, WrestleZone.com will have complete live coverage of the event.

Our live coverage begins at 7:30pm EST with the pre-show, featuring WWE's expert panel of Bret Hart, Paul Heyman, and the recently-added Kevin Nash, who took Shawn Michaels' spot on the panel. The actual 'Arrival' event will then take place from 8-10e.

Triple H conducted a media conference call yesterday to hype the 'NXT Arrival" show tonight, and gave a lot of good information about what's in store for the show, the WWE Performance Center, and more. Check it out if you're interested in learning more about the show tonight before it airs.

WWE has been touting tonight's event as the "first live special" on the WWE Network. If nothing else, it will be interesting to see how well the live stream holds up under the pressure of a significant number of simultaneous viewers.

Jake Roberts Post-Surgery Interview

As we reported, Jake "The Snake" Roberts underwent surgery yesterday to remove growths of cancer recently found in his leg. After 5 1/2 hours under the knife, what doctors are calling a successful operation was complete. However, Roberts revealed to Bill Apter of 1Wrestling that doctors have not yet determined what type of cancer it is.

During the surgery, two more growths were discovered in Jake's leg, but the positive news is that they are smaller than the ones that have just been removed.

As most should be aware by now, Jake Roberts has already been announced as a member of the 2014 WWE Hall of Fame class.
