According to the Wrestling Observer, former TNA star Jesse Sorensen appeared on a recent edition of the "Chinlock Radio" podcast, and Sorensen talked about meeting with lawyers regarding a possible lawsuit against TNA over a serious neck injury he sustained during TNA's 2012 Against All Odds PPV.

Back in 2012, during a conversation with then TNA Senior Vice President of Talent Relations and Programming Bruce Prichard, Sorensen brought up the idea of filing the lawsuit. Three days later, Sorensen revealed he was on a phone call with Prichard, TNA President Dixie Carter and TNA CFO Dean Broadhead, and Sorensen was offered a production job so he ended up not filing the lawsuit. During the Chinlock interview, Sorensen said in hindsight he should have filed the suit, as friends of his in TNA and in WWE said TNA not covering his medical costs was "bulls**t."
