Cesaro (w/ Paul Heyman) vs Sheamus (c)

Sheamus immediately hits some shoulder blocks and goes for White Noise, but Cesaro counters with a fallaway slam before kicking him in the corner. The two trade punches before Sheamus hits a scoop slam, then Cesaro rolls away from an elbow before hitting a rolling uppercut in the corner. Cesaro connects with a few more uppercuts, then Sheamus whips him and hits a rolling senton before going for Ten Beats. Cesaro snaps his head on the ropes, but Sheamus recovers and hits Ten Beats, then he whips him into the barricade and rolls him in. Sheamus goes for a Battering Ram but Cesaro hits a midair European uppercut, then he slams Sheamus into the turnbuckles and hits a superplex.

Cesaro hits a release powerbomb and a double stomp, then he whips him and connects with two rolling corner uppercuts. Cesaro hits the ropes but Sheamus counters with an Irish Curse for two, then he stomps Cesaro in the corner and hits a short armed clothesline. Sheamus heads up top and catches Cesaro with a kneedrop from the middle rope, then hits two more and gets a near fall. Cesaro comes back with another uppercut and charges the corner, but Sheamus catches him with a boot to the face and a dropkick. Sheamus dives off the ropes but Cesaro ducks, then Sheamus turns and goes for a Brogue Kick but Cesaro hits a Very European uppercut for two.

Sheamus powerslams Cesaro and calls for a Brogue Kick, but Cesaro sidesteps him and hits a German suplex for two. Cesaro calls for a Neutralizer but Sheamus counters with White Noise for two, then he goes for a Cloverleaf but Cesaro kicks him back and elbows him. Cesaro goes for a diving elbow off the ropes, but Sheamus catches his legs and puts him in the Cloverleaf, only to have Cesaro make it to the ropes to break it. Cesaro connects with a reverse Torture Rack slam, then he gets Sheamus in the Giant Swing and goes for the Neutralizer, but Sheamus rolls him up and gets the surprise win.

Winner – Sheamus

BP: This was a really good match that was as hard hitting and maintained a pretty fast pace. I enjoyed the rollup victory after so much back and forth action; hopefully this continues into next month because these two work well together.
