What Was TNA’s Big Announcement Yesterday?
As we noted yesterday, TNA promised to make a big announcement, and it ended up being that Matt and Jeff Hardy will be reuniting on Impact Wrestling this week. The storyline explanation for Matt Hardy appearing at this week’s show, which was taped in New York City, is that Jeff invited him to the event. The following is an announcement excerpt:
“This news, coupled with Devon’s return last night (thus reforming Team 3D), make us think that the tag team division in TNA is on the rise once again. What could the Wolves be thinking right now? They have proven themselves to be the very best young tag team on the planet at the moment, but with two iconic teams appearing to reform, one has to wonder about the challenges that lie ahead for TNA’s World Tag Team Champions.”
Ziggler, AJ & Paige React to PPV
Dolph Ziggler was interviewed by Eden following Battleground last night, and he said he finally came out on top for a split second last night. He noted The Miz is extra sneaky and annoying these days, and closed the interview by saying he feels he owes it to the WWE Universe to give something back.
