Even though it was believed that WWE YouTube content would be removed at the launch of the WWE Network, there is a reason the videos are still posted.

WWE Vice President of Digital & Print Rob Bernstein told the Digital Sports Fan Engagement Conference earlier this year that the company will not block YouTube content they own because they believe it’s better to get fans hooked on the product, even if it’s on YouTube.

WWE believes it’s more beneficial and fans who get exposed to the product that way will spend more money. There are some videos WWE will go after, especially if it’s something they don’t want up.

Hall Of Famer Getting Biopic

WWE Hall of Famer Rowdy Roddy Piper recently did a one-man show in Scotland, and claimed there was a movie about his life being made.

Piper said actor Mark Wahlberg would be playing him in the film.
