Update on Issues Between Ring of Honor & Michael Elgin, ROH Announces First Syndicated TV Deal for Atlanta Area

ROH/Michael Elgin Update

Michael ElginWe recently reported that former ROH World Champion Michael Elgin was stranded in Canada, and there were ongoing issues between him and Ring of Honor Wrestling. A source has since told us that there is more to the situation than just Elgin stating that he’d like to try out for Major League Baseball.

Recently Elgin accepted bookings for various independent promotions, and was then told Ring of Honor had dates scheduled for the same nights, that hadn’t been announced yet. There have also apparently been some frustrations with the aforementioned MLB report, recent booking with PWG at their Battle of Los Angeles event, and other minor issues. It’s being said there is a lot of unhappiness with management among the guys in the locker room.
