CM Punk Merchandise Being Pulled
We previously reported that CM Punk merchandise being pulled could have been WWE reacting to CM Punk‘s 22-page letter sent to headquarters through his lawyer. Wrestling DVD News is reporting that even though a few items remain on sale, there were a few price drops for some merchandise.
The CM Punk “Best In The World” DVD and Blu Ray saw a price cut down to just $2.99 on Monday, which led to both formats selling out very quickly in a matter of a few hours.
The only items that are still available are a Punk action figure, young readers book, pendant and wrist sleeves. It should also be noted that Punk’s merchandise page is listed under the “Alumni” category.
Punk’s lawyers recently sent a letter to WWE regarding owed royalties for Punk’s likeness on merchandise, including the WWE 2K15 video game, but it is not a lawsuit.
