10/10 WWE Live Event Results (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) – NXT Stars Shine, Cena Faces Rollins In A Street Fight, Bray Wyatt Make Surprise Appearance

WWE Live Event ResultsThe following are the WWE Live Event Results from today’s show in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, sent into us by Wrestlezone reader Danny Francis:

Friday -10th October 2014

Match 1: Kofi Kingston & Big E defeated Luke Harper and Erick Rowan

Match 2: Adrian Neville defeated Sami Zayn to retain NXT Championship

The match was one of the highlights of Day 1, especially a huge pop when Neville finishes Zayn with the Red Arrow with tremendous pop.

Match 3: AJ Lee defeated Paige to retain the Divas Championship

Match 4: Los Matadores with El Torito defeated Slater Gator

The match was initially a dance-off before a scuffle broke out. Fernando then challenged Slater Gator to a tag team match, which then happens.

Match 5: Sin Cara defeated Bo Dallas

Match 6: Sheamus defeated The Miz to retain the United States Championship

For Match 6, the Malaysian radio station, Hitz.fm’s DJ, Ean was the special guest ring announcer and got a good pop. Worth noting that Miz got a decent pop due to his previous Malaysian promo tour.

Match 7: John Cena defeated Seth Rollins in a Street Fight

For match 7, it was a good street fight match with 2 huge table spots, the ending being John Cena’s AA on Seth Rollins from the top rope into the table.

NOTES: After the street fight match, The Wyatt Family attacks Cena before Big E and Kofi Kingston saves the day. Cena then tries to AA Bray before he slides away from the ring. Cena then mentions about a potential rematch featuring Bray for the next day.

The biggest cheers for the match were mostly the faces, with John Cena, Sheamus, DJ Ean from Hitz.fm Malaysia (as the special guest) and AJ Lee getting the pops. The biggest boos were Seth Rollins, Bray Wyatt and the Wyatt Family.

Putra Indoor Stadium was not completely sold out, but almost full to the brim. Since it’s been 12 years since WWE last had the event at the same stadium, the Malaysian audience (and a few other Asian fans) were very receptive towards the event, and apparently a huge surprise will be announced tomorrow. More to come.
