More WWE Releases Coming?

According to MetsFan4Ever, a Reddit user who has broken WWE news in the past, more WWE releases could be on their way.

As we previously reported, The Great Khali has been released from WWE, and Brad Maddox’s name has been moved to the WWE Alumni section. Backstage speculation in WWE is that Maddox will also be released.

MetsFan4Ever noted the following:

“I’ve heard releases are coming. [Great Khali] is probably the start of things. I’ve been told about a few. But I don’t want to speculate as of right now.”

Update on Billy Jack Haynes WWE Lawsuit

According to PWInsider.com, WWE filed a motion on 11/12 asking for a time extension so they could properly prepare a response to the lawsuit filed against them by former wrestler Billy Jack Haynes.

Magistrate Judge Janice M. Stuart agreed to WWE’s motion, and the company now has until 12/30/14 to respond to Haynes’ allegations.

For those unaware, Haynes filed a 30 pages lawsuit against WWE claiming the company “has, for decades, subjected its wrestlers to extreme physical brutality that it knew, or should have known, caused long-term irreversible bodily damage, including brain damage.”
